Mr. N V Mali holds a degree in Science and a Diploma in Journalism from Karnataka University. His flair for serving the poor and promoting rural development inspired him to founded Navachetana Foundation (NCF), in 1999. In 2005 he recognized the need to incorporate microfinance in his organization's poverty alleviation program, a decision that led to the creation of Navachetana Microfin Services Private Limited (NMSPL), a Non-Banking Finance Company He has close to Two decades of rich experience in rural development Sector.

Mrs. Chandrakala Mali holds a Degree in Arts from Karnataka University, Dharwad. She has worked as a Teacher in Karnataka Public School for nearly two years and further served as an Administrative Officer in School. She has done a lot of voluntary work in the public schools. She has worked with kids by helping them learn different skills. Her interests include reading and working with kids. She has flare in working for children education. She Presently serves as the Managing Director for Chetana Chit Haveri Pvt Ltd.

Mr. Ullas Kooli holds a Degree in Mechanical Engineering. He has worked in leading multinational companies across the world. Ullas has more than 15 years of IT and Financial Services experience. He has been instrumental in building business relationships with banks and IT implementations. He has worked in various capacities with Navachetana. He is people oriented person, interested in sports and CSR activities.
